Class Descriptions
- HOT HATHA Within 75 minutes we'll guide you through a modified version of Bikram yoga consisting of 26 yoga postures including two specific breathing exercises.
- HOT YIN YANG The fusion of Yin and Yang elements will balance your mind, body and spirit. Find calmness and increase flexibility during the longer held positions (Yin) and find strength and willpower during the more dynamic yoga sequencing (Yang).
- VINYASA Experience the magic and power in this Ashtanga-based class, intensifying your practice and enhancing flexibility, strength, and focus.
- (HOT) DEEP STRETCH Therapeutic and excellent class to destress and restore. Longer held yoga postures and stretches, designed to help you unwind from your working day/week. It will feel like you just had a deep tissue massage because this class targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, tendons and joints.
All classes stimulate organ health and balance your central nervous system.
Beginners are advised to start with Hot Deep Stretch and work themselves up to:
Hot Hatha, Hot Yin Yang and Vinyasa.
