Whether you found me through Instagram, Facebook, Google, or simply followed your curiosity — I’m truly glad you’re here.

Although the Happy Buddha Aruba studio closed its group classes in August 2025 after 14 meaningful years, my heart and mission remain unchanged: to support you in feeling balanced, strong, and whole — in mind, body, and spirit.

Today, I work exclusively with private clients, offering Personal Mobility Training (PMT) sessions that integrate strength, functional movement, alignment, and deep stretching, as well as Rebalance Behavioral Therapy (RBT), pyschological counseling with a body-aware approach. I also teach weekly Livestream Classes (BalansOnline), occasional special events in my Zen Garden, and—upon request--tailored retreats, with nearby lodging available.

Personal Mobility Training (PMT)

In Personal Training (PT), sessions often follow structured programs with sets, reps, and performance targets. In Personal Mobility Training (PMT), each session is adapted to how your body feels that day. 

Know your WHY! If your goal is to lift heavier, run faster, or burn calories, PT may be the right fit. If your goal is to move with ease, feel balanced, and stay functional long-term, PMT offers a different approach and you can contact me.

Rebalance Behavioral Therapy (RBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you understand what you think and why you react the way you do.
Rebalance Behavioral Therapy (RBT) also focuses on how your body holds stress and how your nervous system responds. While traditional CBT often follows a set framework with worksheets, strategies, and structured conversations, 
RBT is more relational and personalized.
Still rooted in evidence-based CBT principles, RBT adapts it to your lived experience—your body, your pace, your emotional rhythms. Many clients describe it as feeling more supportive, intuitive, and aligned with real life, rather than like a clinical exercise.

Balans Online (Livestream)

Of je nu in Nederland bent of in het buitenland, livestream lessen brengen de energie en zorg van een privéles rechtstreeks bij jou thuis. Onder mijn begeleiding en warme duidelijke lesstijl voel je je onderdeel van een gemeenschap die zowel je lichaam, geest als ziel ondersteunt. De livestream lessen worden in de Nederlandse taal onderwezen.

I'm the founder of Happy Buddha Aruba and a seasoned movement therapist, psychologist, and life coach with over 35 years of experience supporting people toward greater alignment, strength, and wellbeing. With deep expertise in Pilates, yoga, functional training, and cognitive behavioral therapy, I combine physical movement with inner awareness to help clients feel stronger, clearer, and more confident in body and mind. My approach honors the whole person — blending breath, mindful movement, and therapeutic insights into every session.

Whether guiding private classes, facilitating emotional balance therapy, or teaching livestream sessions, I'll create a safe, empowering space for personal growth and transformation.
