- ASHTANGA Experience the dynamic flow of Ashtanga yoga in a heated studio, intensifying your practice and enhancing flexibility, strength, and focus.
- BIKRAM Within 75 minutes we'll guide you through a modified version of Bikram yoga consisting of 26 yoga postures including two specific breathing exercises.
- YIN YANG The fusion of yin (longer held positions, more restorative) and yang (dynamic yoga sequences) elements will balance strength and surrender.
