HEATED CLASSES - HOT YOGA
UNHEATED CLASSES - NRGY FUSION & SHAPE SHIFTER
- ASHTANGA Experience the dynamic flow of Ashtanga yoga in a heated studio, intensifying your practice and enhancing flexibility, strength, and focus.
- HOT HATHA Within 75 minutes we'll guide you through a modified version of Bikram yoga consisting of 26 yoga postures including two specific breathing exercises.
- YIN YANG The fusion of yin (longer held positions, more restorative) and yang (dynamic yoga sequences) elements will balance strength and surrender.
UNHEATED CLASSES - NRGY FUSION & SHAPE SHIFTER
- DEEP STRETCH Therapeutic and excellent class to destress and restore. Longer held yoga postures and stretches, designed to help you unwind from your working day/week. It will feel like you just had a deep tissue massage because this class targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, tendons and joints plus its stimulates organ health.
- PILATES Elevate your Pilates practice with a mix of traditional moves and modern twists, leaving you feeling lengthened, strengthened, and totally rejuvenated!
