The Most Delicious Stretch Class - Developed by Corinne Voermans
Most people who don't have experience with Yoga think that its some form of religion (its not, its a spiritual self-practice) or that we sit still in meditation and chant all the time or that we do some form of acrobatic exercise. Nothing is further from the truth!
Yoga consists of many methods or techniques and is more than 5000 years old. Add Yoga to your life to enhance its quality, to activate the central nervous system, to energize your being and to improve / maintain the bodily functions (organs, joint movement, release stress from ligaments and tendons). Nowadays there are many traditions in Yoga because when this method traveled to the West a lot of teachers came up with their own versions.
To introduce Yoga to the larger public I developed a class called Deep Stretch. At Happy Buddha Aruba we teach this class several times per week in a heated and non-heated version. Its one of the most popular classes. To describe it read this review:

Importing some yoga postures and combining it with extensive stretching exercises, allows every participant to self-modulate the practice to match the level of experience and available energy.
