About Restore & Revive - Ice Bath Experience
In 2022, in the post-COVID period, I introduced the Wim Hof Method to my clients as a powerful new way to strengthen the mind, nervous system, and immune resilience. What began as something radically different from hot yoga soon evolved into beautiful experiences—including outdoor cold plunges combined with nature hikes (see my friends at www.moorebida.com)
In 2026, I’m bringing cold plunges back—my way: ✨ private ✨ intentional ✨ women-only This is not about “being tough.” It’s about presence, boundaries, and inner power.
Each session includes: • Gentle yoga to calm and focus the nervous system • Wim Hof breathing to regulate and prepare the body • Cold pod immersion in a safe, supportive, ceremonial setting
Why women don't go below 10 Celsius Women’s bodies respond differently to cold. Lower temperatures can overstimulate the hormonal and adrenal systems. By keeping the water above 10°C, we protect hormonal balance while still gaining powerful benefits for immunity, circulation, and mental clarity.
This experience is for you if you want to feel calmer, mentally stronger, and deeply connected, not by fighting the cold, but by choosing presence.
Recovery Reset - Ice Bath Experience for men
Led by Marlon Moore, the experience combines breath control, presence, and cold immersion in a focused, respectful setting. Men are biologically equipped to handle colder temperatures, making 5–8°C ideal for building mental discipline, reducing inflammation, and sharpening focus—without overwhelming the system.
The session is limited to 8 men to keep it personal, safe, and intentional. Location: Zen Garden at Happy Buddha Aruba.
