February 22nd 2026 Awaken your Inner Viking Yoga, deep breathwork & a dip in the cold pod (10-12 Celsius) - all levels welcome + brave attitude

Cold Pod Experience for Women
In 2022, in the aftermath of COVID, I introduced the Wim Hof Method to my clients. As a hot yoga teacher in Aruba, I felt it was time for something radically different — a fresh way to strengthen the mind, nervous system, and immune resilience. Cold exposure has since become popular, and some beautiful experiences have emerged — including outdoor plunges combined with nature hikes.

What to expect? This is not about “being tough.” This is about presence, boundaries, and inner power.
Each session includes:
Yoga to activate the parasympathic nervous system but also to ignite focus
Wim Hof breathing method to regulate the nervous system and prepare the body
Cold pod immersion in a safe, supportive, ceremonial setting
Why women don't go below 10°C Women’s bodies respond differently to cold exposure than men. Lower temperatures can place unnecessary stress on the hormonal system, thyroid, and adrenal balance. By keeping the water above 10°C, we:
