Diet (eating healthy and frequent) and movement are the best tools to help you loose weight, speed up your metabolism and shape up your body. ABOUT YOGASANITY It's an 90-minute class with a special music playlist.
YogaSanity is a safe and intense Strength & Sculpt class with yoga blended in. It will tone your entire body in a fast way and efficient way.
Format: The class starts or finishes with a guided mediation. Some intense music tracks are used to pump up your core muscles. Furthermore we combine full ROM (range of motion) movements like Sun Salutations, static postures (Asana & Balance practice) for total body stretching. Also expect cardio/strength based exercises like squats, lunges, push ups, planks, plies, burpees, etc.
Special Note: This is a non heated class (windows open en fans on).

Choose from Core Power, Ultimate Serie, Hot Hatha or Ashtanga Yoga classes (this is dependent upon availability). As an individual assignment we recommend you include 7 climbs (561 steps once per week) on the Hooiberg, 7 power beach walks of 45 minutes (once per week) and keep up with a FOOD & MOOD Diary (during the 7 weeks).
