Every month we address a special theme. Think of it as going to school where you learn and get a deeper understanding of yourself.

Improve your well-being and feel more energy, improve your sleep, strengthen your immune system, regulate your hormone system, feel more calm, stronger in self-esteem, experience a deeper love for yourself and appreciation for the ones that teach you valuable (b)lessons.
Format of Yoga Retreat Day / 9 AM-1PM * 30 minute Introduction / explanation of method * 75 minute Guided Meditation including Breathwork & Mantra Chant * Short break of 15 minute with light and healthy snack * 90 minute Yin Yang master class * Vegetarian lunch / Share experiences with other students * Early Bird Fee: AWG 50 or $ 35 (bank transfer or online credit card payment) - Deadline:Thursday May 19th 2022 * Pay upon arrival: AWG 70 or $ 40 (cash only)
