REBALANCE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY


Rebalance behavioral therapy (RBT) is not about fluff—it’s about healing. You’ll work on your thoughts, go from destructive to more constructive thinking, regulate your nervous system (through breathwork), and restore your energy by resting deeply for 10 minutes at the end of each session. It’s a practical path to transform suffering into strength.

Who it supports? In general, those wanting to recover from a traumatic event, abusive situation/relation or self destructive behavior. Examples: People suffering from overwhelm, burnout, grief, self-doubt, confussion (cognitive dissonance).
