Having personally navigated recovery from a broken kneecap, hernia, sciatic nerve issues, anteriosuperior impingement (ASI), and hip flexor injuries, I understand the journey from pain and limitation to resilience and strength—not just academically, but lived.
Every body tells a different story—especially after injury, chronic stress, or years of ingrained movement patterns. That’s why, as of August 2025, I shifted from weekly group instruction to fully private, client-centered sessions.
I work closely with you to tailor each session, blending functional mobility drills, controlled strength work, restorative stretching, and nervous system regulation techniques to suit your goals and physical needs.
