  • More than 10 years employment as massage therapist in Hotel Industry: The Westin Spa, Bucuti Resort Spa, The Ritz-Carlton Spa in Aruba and St. Regies Spa in Bermuda
  • Certification in ESPA and First-Aid training
Together with his ongoing interest in ancient methods the sessions you book with Elix make up for unique holistic experiences. On request the sessions can be tailored to specific stress container areas (e.g. extra attention to calves if you're a runner or tri-athlete). Not only will you feel a release of muscular tension, you will also feel a mental relief and an overal calmness in your being. Burning sage and palo santo equalizes the room before the session. Tuning forks, beautiful music and breath/meditation work are included in some of the sessions. These techniques enhance the production of endorphins (the ''happy" hormones, known to uplift your sense of wellbeing and reduce stress from mind, body & soul).

We use organic oils, and mindfulness practices to release tension held in the body with long flowing strokes and different massage techniques to achieve lasting results for your specific needs. Feel the stress leaving your body and elevate your innerbeing to higher frequencies.
70-min YIN YANG MASSAGE - $145.00
The session starts with a cleanse of sage and palo santo to prepare the room. This massage therapy is especially created for more balance and stress relief. A mixed form of Swedish and deep tissue techniques is used to relax sore muscles, increase circulation in tendons/ligaments and facilitate a myofascial release in and around stiff joints.

A deep tissue sportsmassage for those individuals who are activally involved in more strenous athletic performance. Experience improved mobility and flexibility as well as increased alertness and energy levels.
