BEYOND - PRIVATE WORKSHOP FOR COUPLES
BEYOND is a two hour private workshop with Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork for couples which includes certain Tantric (Kundalini Energy) techniques for a Heart2Heart (Re)Connection.
Tantra & Kundalini:
The introduction of Tantric practices in the West has inadvertently become identified with a practice that’s laced with nudity, sexuality, and occasionally, promiscuity. The truth is, Tantra may enhance your sex life, but only by deepening your connection to your energy and your body first. Although Tantric practices are founded on the principle of intimacy, intimacy is not purely physical. It’s the act of connecting so deeply that you feel as if you are getting a glimpse into your and perhaps another’s soul. The phrase “Into Me I See” is based on the premise that we must gain an awareness of our true selves before we can forge the path of union with others.
In traditions such as Tantra where Kundalini Energy is often referred to as Shakti, the goal of the practice is for the energy to rise all the way to the head, through the energy centers (Chakras) for that is where the energy of Lord Shiva resides. This represents the union of feminine (Shakti) and masculine (Shiva) energy (Yin & Yang) which leads us out of duality, and back to our own divinity state.

- Mon-Wed-Fri from 9-11 AM
Recommendations:
- Book this private sessions at least 7 days ahead
- Be on time (preferably 10 minutes prior to session)
- Bring two large towels and two small handtowels
- Bring a bottle of water for each person
- Wear light fitness wear
- Bring your own yogamat if possible (or rent one for $ 5 per person)

Corinne is founder at Happy Buddha Aruba, psychologist and yoga/meditation teacher. She has 30+ years work experience in the Fitness, Aerobics and Mindfulness field. Corinne is also master trainer and weekly livestream presentor for a healthclub chain in The Netherlands. She loves music, creating a beautiful flow into her classes, synchronizing breath & movement. Elix is an amazing healer with 18+ years of work experience in the wellness field. In particular Massage Therapy, Breathwork & Meditation. As a child he was already interested in ancient scriptures from different philosophical, religious and spiritual traditions. Elix is, just like Corinne, very intuitive in his line of work with a very strong foundation, creative in his therapies, adjusted to the needs of the client.
