HOT HATHA
Hot Hatha is a modified version of the original Bikram Yoga class. Within 60 minutes we'll guide you through 26 yoga postures including two specific breathing exercises. Room temperature appr 38 degrees Celsius.

Experience the Hot Yin Yang class, a dynamic blend of heated yoga, yin yang sequences, and meditation. In this invigorating class, you'll flow through a series of yoga postures in a heated room to increase flexibility and detoxify the body. The fusion of yin and yang elements will balance strength and surrender. Finally, melt into deep relaxation through guided meditation, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, centered, and aligned in body and mind.
