Monday 6:30 - 7:40 PM - Hot Hatha
Hot Hatha is a modified version of the original Bikram Yoga class. Within 60 minutes we'll guide you through 26 yoga postures including two specific breathing exercises. Room temperature appr 38 degrees Celsius.
Tuesday 6:30 - 7:40 PM - Hot Zen Fusion
Experience the Hot Zen Fusion Class, a dynamic blend of heated yoga, yin yang sequences, and meditation. In this invigorating class, you'll flow through a series of yoga postures in a heated room to increase flexibility and detoxify the body. The fusion of yin and yang elements will balance strength and surrender. Finally, melt into deep relaxation through guided meditation, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, centered, and aligned in body and mind.
Wednesday 6:30 - 8 PM - Badass Yoga Rebel Workout (non-heated: Ignite Your Own InnerFire!)
Prepare to break the mold with our Badass Yoga Rebel Workout. This high-energy class combines 40 minutes of bodyweight exercises (calisthenics) to ignite your strength and endurance, followed by 40 minutes of Yin Yoga and deep stretching to restore balance and flexibility. We wrap up with a grounding 10-minute guided meditation, leaving you feeling empowered and centered. Join us and embrace your inner warrior!
Thursday 6:30 - 7:40 PM - Hot Deep Stretch
Therapeutic and excellent class to destress and restore. Longer held yoga postures and stretches, designed to help you unwind from your working day/week. It will feel like you just had a deep tissue massage because this class targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, tendons and joints plus its stimulates organ health.
Saturday 9:30 AM (60 min) - Happy Buddha Workout (Only on September 2 & 16th) - Non heated
The Happy Buddha Workout is more than just a physical exercise routine; it is a holistic practice that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit. By combining vinyasa, core strengtening exercises (Pilates), deep stretching, breathwork, and meditation, this workout aims to create a harmonious and joyful experience, leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and connected to your inner self.
