Deep Stretch - Most Destressing Class
This is an excellent class to de-stress with longer held yoga postures (calming, quieting poses), designed to help you unwind from your working day/week. It will feel like you just had a deep tissue massage because this class targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, tendons and joints plus its stimulates organ health. The postures will be held for 60 sec - 2 minutes. It's one of our most popular classes. Experience it yourself!
ABT - Abs, Butt & Thighs Challenge (repeating monthly course consisting of 3 classes per week - Total fee AWG 95 p/mo)
Tuesday 6:30 PM Pilates
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s.
Thursday 6:30 PM CardioBeatz
This is a low impact class with uplifting music that will tone up all the muscles around the core and focuses on the ‘problem’ areas of the glutes, legs and abs. Sportshoes required.
Saturday 9:30 AM BodyStep
It will take 5-10 classes to really get your ‘step legs’. All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel.

Yin Yang - Mix & Match
The best of both worlds. Meditation and longer held positions (Yin Yoga) for the first part of the class. It's all about softening and surrendering. Second part of the class we'll move through an easy flow yoga practice. You'll love it!
Vinyasa - Go with the Flow
Vinyasa, or "synchronized movement" is a flowing yoga class because of the smooth way that the poses run together. Vinyasa or Power Yoga are considered one of the most popular contemporary Western styles of yoga. The class has a similar structure like an Ashtanga Yoga but with less emphasis on strict format and the traditional spiritual aspect.
