CLASS DESCRIPTION
Monday 6:30 PM - Hot Hatha
Hot Hatha is a modified version of the original Bikram Yoga class. Within 60 minutes we'll guide you through the 26 yoga postures including two specific breathing exercises. Room temperature appr 38 degrees Celsius.
Tuesday 6:30 PM - Hot Yin Yang
The best of both worlds. Meditation and longer held positions (Yin) for the first part of the class. It's all about softening and surrendering. Second part of the class is more dynamic and athletic (Yang). You'll love it!
Wednesday 6:30 PM - Hot Core
As the name suggest, a heated class to strengthen the core muscles for improvement of alignment combined with flowing, more dynamic yoga style.
Thursday 6:30 PM - Hot Deep Stretch
Therapeutic and excellent class to destress and restore. Longer held yoga postures and stretches, designed to help you unwind from your working day/week. It will feel like you just had a deep tissue massage because this class targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, tendons and joints plus its stimulates organ health.
Saturday 9:30 AM - Yin Yang
See description Tuesday. This is the non-heated version (windows open allow for a fresh breeze of wind coming in).
Sunday 9:30 AM - Chakra Yoga
Simular to a Deep Stretch class but specifically aimed at unblocking the Chakras (Energy Centers in the body) so that energy (Prana) can move freely through the body. A well-rounded Chakra Yoga practice will include specific Asanas (Yoga Postures), Pranayama (Breathwork), Mudras (Hand Positions) and Guided Meditation practices to purify and balance your Mind, Body & Spirit.
