Having overcome my own challenges with a broken kneecap, hernia, sciatic nerve issues, anteriosuperior impingement (ASI), tennis leg and hip flexor injuries, I understand the path from pain to strength.

I'll work closely with you, adjusting each Pilates flow or Yin Yoga stretch to your personal goals and limitations. Whether you want to regain stability, improve posture, or simply reduce pain and stress, these sessions provide a clear, customized path to feeling better in body and mind.

How does is work:
Commitment: of 5 or 10 sessions required depending on needs
Sessions consist of 60 min ALIGN (Pilates) or UNWIND (Yin Yoga)
5 Consecutive weeks, once or twice a week, regular day and timeslot
5 Sessions for AWG 175; 10 Sessions for AWG 325
