Our Fusion Yoga classes incorporate the best of all yoga traditions: Meditation, Pranayama (breathing exercises), Yin Yoga postures and Vinyasa Style sequences.
For example our popular Yin-Yasa class: 35 minutes of longer held positions including meditation to calm the mind and prepare the body for more dynamic work (another 35 minutes). Also our Hot Hatha Flow is considered a fusion of the Bikram Yoga Method including some Vinyasa Yoga sequences.
